Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to paid services and digital products offered by Removeforce.

1. Digital guides and templates

If you have not downloaded or accessed materials, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing service@removeforce.world with your order reference. After access begins, refunds are considered only where required by applicable consumer law.

2. Coaching packages

You may cancel a package before the first scheduled session for a full refund minus any third-party processing fees. After the first session, unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion if you provide at least 48 hours notice before the next appointment.

3. Rescheduling

Sessions rescheduled with 24 hours notice incur no fee. Late cancellations may forfeit the session credit unless exceptional circumstances apply.

4. How to request a refund

Contact service@removeforce.world or call +1 800 392 6870. Include your name, purchase date, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within five business days and process approved refunds within 14 days to the original payment method.

5. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction, including EU/UK withdrawal rights for distance contracts where applicable.
